Return, Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Returns and Refund Policy Summary

Withdrawal period: Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods and must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.

Return conditions: Products may be inspected to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Missing original packaging alone does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal.

Return exceptions: Custom-made, clearly personalized goods and other statutory exceptions are excluded only where the applicable legal requirements are met.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return and the applicable legal requirements. Where we expressly provide or approve a prepaid return label, we bear the cost of that return shipment. For defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, reasonable return costs are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refund process: Please contact balkeychastantlj265@gmail.com before returning the goods. Refunds relating to a statutory withdrawal are processed in accordance with the applicable legal deadlines.

Cash on delivery: If payment was made by cash on delivery, we will arrange an appropriate refund method with the customer without charging a refund-processing fee.
This policy applies to orders placed with pjlkokw, operated by Nordic Power Solutions ApS, and intended for customers in Poland.
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason, where the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
If an order contains several products delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the customer receives the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send us a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Where possible, please provide your name, order number and the products concerned. Providing a reason for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal is optional.
2. Return Deadline and Procedure
After notifying us of the withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are determined according to the reason for the return, the return instructions provided by us and applicable consumer law.
3.1 Returns under the statutory right of withdrawal
For a standard withdrawal where the Product/Goods are not defective or incorrectly supplied, the applicable return shipping arrangements will be communicated to the customer before the goods are returned.
Where pjlkokw expressly provides or approves a prepaid return label, we will bear the cost of shipping using that approved method.
Costs for alternative, premium, expedited or otherwise unapproved shipping methods are not automatically reimbursed.
3.2 Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods
If the Product/Goods are damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, please contact us before returning them.
Where applicable consumer law requires us to bear the reasonable and necessary cost of returning such goods, we will provide an appropriate return method or reimbursement procedure.
Customers should not incur unusually high or express return shipping charges without our prior agreement unless this is necessary under applicable law.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
The Product/Goods may be handled to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same manner as would normally be permitted in a physical store.
Under applicable law, the consumer may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
Where reasonably possible, please return the Product/Goods together with supplied accessories, batteries, chargers, manuals and any available original packaging.
The absence of the original packaging alone does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal.
5. Batteries, Rechargeable Batteries and Damaged Goods
For safety reasons, damaged, swollen, leaking or otherwise abnormal batteries or rechargeable batteries must not be shipped without prior instructions.

Where possible, provide photographs of the Product/Goods, battery and packaging so that we can determine the appropriate and safe return procedure.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Goods
Please inspect your order within a reasonable period after receiving it.
If the Product/Goods are defective, damaged during transportation or incorrectly delivered, contact us at:

After reviewing the information, we will provide the appropriate instructions.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another remedy required by consumer protection law.
Where we are legally responsible for the return, we will also provide information regarding the applicable return shipping arrangement.
7. Refunds
For a valid statutory withdrawal, we will refund payments that must be reimbursed under applicable consumer law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us where legally required.
The refund will be made without undue delay and within the deadline required by applicable law.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until:

we receive the returned Product/Goods; or

the customer provides evidence that the Product/Goods have been sent back,
whichever occurs first.
Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed.
Customers will not be charged a separate fee by us solely for processing an eligible refund.
If the original order was paid by cash on delivery, we will agree with the customer on an appropriate refund method.

An exchange is not automatically guaranteed and may depend on product availability and applicable legal rights.
9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to Products/Goods made according to the consumer's specifications, clearly personalized goods or other categories excluded by applicable law.
An exclusion will only be applied where the relevant statutory requirements are actually satisfied.
10. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.
Rights relating to defective goods, goods that do not conform to the contract, withdrawal, refunds and other consumer protections continue to apply in accordance with applicable Polish and European Union law.
We do not provide an additional voluntary commercial warranty unless this is expressly stated for a particular Product/Goods.
